Go Vertical

Investors · verified accredited only

Invest in projects you can see.

Go Vertical raises capital from accredited investors under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. That exemption lets us talk about our projects in the open, and it is the reason every investor is verified before they subscribe.

How it works

  1. 01

    Verify

Create an account in the investor portal and complete accredited-investor verification. Rule 506(c) requires us to take reasonable steps to confirm every investor's status before a subscription is accepted, so this happens first, not last.

  2. 02

    Review

Once verified, the offering documents, project overviews, and subscription materials are available in the portal. The terms of the offering live there, not on this page.

  3. 03

    Follow the build

Capital goes into projects you can see. Investors get project-level reporting through the portal, and we document every build publicly, from cleared lot to closing.

The fund

What you are investing in

Go Vertical has a fund for accredited investors. Its terms are in the offering documents in the investor portal, available once your accreditation is verified.

Ground-up residential development in Upstate South Carolina, one single-purpose entity per project. No blind pool: every dollar goes into a named project with a documented timeline.

Not an accredited investor?

We partner at the project level with landowners, joint-venture partners, and builders. Talk to us about partnering.

Questions first?

If you would rather talk before you create a portal account, send us a note and we will walk you through the current projects and what's next. Get in touch.
